Urban Homestead Prepping without the Tin Foil Hat

Prepped Homestead creates online urban homestead and prepping content to build communities. Our goal is to work with people moving towards a self-sufficient lifestyle. Our founder, James has 25+ years as a Registered Nurse/Paramedic. He worked in high-volume emergency rooms. He witnessed the catastrophic effects of tornadoes, hurricanes, global pandemics and multiple weeks, statewide power outages from grid failure. Reliance on the Local, State and Federal Governments in crisis is a recipe for disaster and death.

Prepped Homestead will bring you real world tips and advice on emergency preparedness, urban homesteading, natural and holistic health. Through community building, we will bring you opinions on news and current events to stay on top of the issues. PreppedHomestead.com resides in one of the largest urban areas in upper Texas on our urban homestead with one of six children still at home. Our Mission is to help you achieve safety, survival and sustainability in a crisis. “Get Prepped, not Wrecked!”
